On the blog

with Lauren Krasnow

Welcome to my blog. Below, you will find my Fully Human Lawyer™ columns, originally published in The American Lawyer.

I started the column during the pandemic to help promote empathy and empowerment in the legal profession – my coaching practice shows me that when we hear people’s authentic (anonymous) stories, we tend to want to engage with them as the best version of ourselves. FHL™ gathers and incorporates wisdom from the legal leaders I learn from daily. It unpacks how to manage the uncomfortable, usually unspoken, “thing” in the legal workplace. My blog also includes a piece I wrote for Bloomberg about how to lead in a time of societal polarization; guest podcasts in which I explore leadership, perfectionism, and more; and tips on how to change a habit. Thanks for reading! (And I always welcome feedback – don’t hesitate to reach out.)
